Who we are

ForTheKhorth is an independent workshop making handmade jewelry inspired by the world of Warcraft. We are a fan workshop and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Blizzard Entertainment. You can reach us any time at hello@forthekhorth.com.

Our pieces

Every item is modelled, cast and finished by hand. Small differences in size, surface and patina are part of the character of hand-cast metal, and no two pieces are identical. Photographs show a real piece from the workshop, usually cast in bronze; the same design cast in another metal will differ slightly in colour and weight.

Ordering and prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and include nothing but the piece itself unless stated otherwise. An order becomes binding once payment is completed. If a piece is marked as made to order, we cast it for you after the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example because a piece can no longer be made — we will contact you and refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are handled by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or with a bank card through PayPal without creating an account. We never see or store your card details. Your order is confirmed only after PayPal confirms the payment.

Making and delivery times

Pieces that are in stock are usually delivered within 15 to 20 days. Made-to-order pieces are cast for you first and usually take 30 to 40 days to reach you. These are typical times, not guarantees: customs and local postal services can add delays that are outside our control.

Shipping

Shipping is free, with tracking, to every country on our shipping list. You can see the full list on our Shipping page. If a shipping address outside that list is used at checkout, the payment is declined and no money is taken. Any customs duty or import tax charged by your country is payable by you.

Returns and cancellations

If something is not right, write to us within 14 days of delivery and we will agree a return, exchange or refund. Return postage is paid by you unless the piece arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. Pieces must come back unworn and in their original condition.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Please note that this right does not apply to goods made to your specification, which includes made-to-order pieces cast in a size or metal chosen by you. We will always try to find a fair solution regardless.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, send us photographs within 14 days of delivery and we will replace the piece or refund you. If tracking shows a parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and put things right.

Our designs

The designs, photographs and texts on this site belong to ForTheKhorth. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Names and imagery from the Warcraft universe belong to their respective owners.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering a piece that matches its description. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, by wearing a piece in a way it was not intended, or by normal wear such as darkening of silver or patina on bronze, which can be cleaned.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the moment you order is the one that applies to your order.
